Brat Pack Facility (Braun Rd), 8 a.m. -7 p.m.
Saturday (& Holidays) 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
Sunday 4-7 p.m.
No grooming/daycare offered on Sunday.
BOARDING CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT HOURS:
We operate our Pet Hotel just like a "People Hotel" with morning Check-out hours and afternoon Check-in hours, which allows our Staff brief periods in between to sanitize suites and prepare for incoming Guests. By enforcing our arrival/departure policy, we ensure that our Staff-to-Guest ratios are acceptable. Nonetheless, early arrivals and late departures are available upon request, but patrons will incur a standard Daycare Fee.
STANDARD CHECK-IN 2-7 p.m., Monday thru Saturday
STANDARD CHECK-OUT 8 a.m. - Noon, Monday thru Saturday
*On SUNDAYS, all CHECK-INS and CHECK-OUTS must occur during our 4-7 p.m. LOBBY HOURS. No Early Check-ins/Late Check-outs are available on Sundays.
